Expert Evaluations
Dr. Nisenbaum has over thirty years of experience in providing expert evaluation services in a wide range of litigation cases including torts, contracts, criminal and family matters.  Litigation support services include consultation with attorneys, their clients or potential witnesses, as well as Psychological Evaluation and Assessment Reports and Testimony during Court Proceedings.
 
Expert Witness
Dr. Nisenbaum has significant experience testifying in Court and administrative hearings on matters requiring psychological expertise. He has been retained as either a neutral evaluator or by the attorney for a specific party to perform evaluations, provide written reports and expert testimony.

Services are available at in-person office visits or virtual sessions by SKYPE arranged by 
agreement where that is more convenient or economical.

Resolution of Conflict and Relationship Difficulties:
  This is a service provided to an individual, a couple, or a family or family member(s)to address and resolve conflict and relationship difficulties.

Coaching for Social-Emotional Skills Enhancement: This service is provided to an individual, a couple, or a family or family member(s) to assist in developing and maintaining planful life choices and decisions, social and emotional coping skills, or effective adjustment.

Divorce and Separation or Unmarried Couple Agreements:  This mediation or arbitration service is provided to assist a couple in devising an agreement that will be binding on both of them and enforceable under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts if duly filed and Ordered by a Court.  

Parenting Plan Determination and/or Parenting Coordination: These services are provided to assist a couple in developing and/or implementing an agreement that will be binding on both of them. A Parenting Plan is either voluntary or enforceable under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts if duly filed and Ordered by a Court. 

A Parenting Plan pertains to the full range of parental decision-making including, but not limited to: child custody; child caretaking time and standards; visits; parent-child and parent-parent communications; schooling, extracurricular activities; routine schedules, vacations, holidays, special events; finances and expenses; supervision of child by people other than the parent or legal guardian; transportation; attendance at child-related events; religious training and practices; medical and professional appointments, care and decisions, of routine, extraordinary or emergency type; travel, passports; financial planning and financing for activities; education; introduction of significant others or other acquaintances; contact with extended family and friends; supervision and discipline; records; and so forth. 

Parenting Coordination assists parents in the implementation of a parenting plan and resolving disputes that may arise related to the Parenting Plan. 

Parent-Child Reconciliation: This is a service provided to develop or enhance a parent and child(ren) relationship which has deteriorated or disappeared in conjunction with or in the aftermath of parental separation.

Guardian Ad Litem: A Guardian Ad Litem is appointed by the Probate and Family Court to investigate and evaluate facts in cases involving care and visitation, custody, or other matters of controversy involving interests and relationships between parents and children.

Mediation:  This is a service provided to facilitate conflict resolution and settlement of conflict and agreements by negotiation and mutual assent that is intended to be observed by both parties and may or may not be submitted by Stipulation of the parties to be adopted as an order of the Court that is enforceable in a Court of law.

Arbitration: This is a service provided to resolve conflict(s) and make decision(s) that is (are) intended to be observed by both parties and may or may not be submitted by Stipulation of the parties to be adopted as an order of the Court that is enforceable in a Court of law.
